Kari Cutting is the vice president of the North Dakota Petroleum Council. She has a diverse background which includes chemistry, sales, marketing, transportation, and regulatory management experience with over 30 years in the North Dakota energy industry. She manages regulatory activities and strategic operations for the Petroleum Council and has a MSc in Management from Minot State University and a BSc from University of North Dakota. Kari is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University and was appointed by North Dakota Governor Dalrymple to serve on the North Dakota Pipeline Technical Advisory Committee, the Petroleum Tank Release Compensation Board, Federal Legislative Impact Advisory Committee, North Dakota Endangered Species, and the ND State Emergency Response Commission.
The North Dakota Petroleum Council (NDPC), a member driven trade association, represents over 700 companies involved in all aspects of the oil and gas industry in North Dakota, South Dakota, and the Rocky Mountain Region.
