Thomas Jackson oversees the organization’s Marketing initiatives in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and emerging markets such as Turkey and Ukraine. His teams are involved with strategic planning, competitive intelligence, advertising, trade show exhibitions, and direct digital marketing to railroads, shippers, and leasing customers. Thomas joined The Greenbrier Companies in 2010, after spending 20 years of marketing leadership at freight transportation carriers such as FedEx, YRC Worldwide and Estes Express Lines.
He is a board member and voting representative for various industry trade groups such as Canadian Association of Railway Suppliers, Intermodal Association of North America, and Railway Supply Institute. Thomas holds BA from the University of Akron and advanced certificates from the University of Chicago and Ashland University.
